US State of Washington Department of Ecology (DOE) Publishes Guidance for Chemicals of High Concern to Children (CHCC) Reporting Rule

In February 2018, DOE published Manufacturer Report Guidance for the Children’s Safe Products Reporting Rule. This report provides needed information to the manufacturers for reporting CHCC under the Children’s Safe Product Act (CSPA).
